Services and Offerings

  • Ovation offers individual therapy, counseling, and support via a wide range of evidence-based modalities just as effective as in-person.

  • The telehealth model works by connecting employees with licensed mental health professionals through a secure platform. Employees can schedule appointments at their convenience and receive them from the comfort of their own home or office.

  • Ovation offers individual plans tailored to the needs of your business. This includes individual plans as well as bundled options.

Implementation and Process

  • Ovation will meet with each business to discuss specific needs and budget. From there, an employee survey will be carried out to determine engagement levels, needs, and concerns. This will be followed by an in-person meeting where employees can ask questions and get to know more about Ovation.

  • The preassessment process typically involves gathering information when making first contact with Ovation to gather information about the employees who will be participating in the therapy program, such as their mental health history, current symptoms, and specific goals they have for therapy. This is done with our Client Experience Manager who will then match you to a therapist.

  • Treatment plans are developed and tailored to the specific needs of everyone. This is accomplished during an in-depth intake process at the beginning of treatment, and updated as progress and needs arise.

  • At Ovation, we use various assessments during treatment, allowing for aggregate data to support progress for the individual and the ROI for the business. We also gather feedback from the employees who participate in the therapy program utilizing surveys periodically to assess their satisfaction and progress.

  • Ovation ensures all communication and information shared during therapy sessions is kept private and secure. This includes using encrypted technology for online sessions, maintaining strict confidentiality policies, and only sharing information with the client’s consent as required by law. Additionally, therapists are trained to adhere to ethical guidelines and standards to protect the privacy and confidentiality of their clients.
