Steven brings a unique blend of experience to his role as the Executive Director of Ovation’s mental health offerings for small and mid-sized businesses. With years of experience as a licensed professional therapist in private practice and inpatient hospital settings, and over 20 years prior of retail buying and management, Steven understands the intricacies and convergence of running a successful business and the mental health well-being of the workplace environment. His ability to bridge the gap between these two distinct careers has given him a deep appreciation and understanding of the impact mental health can have on a business, making him uniquely qualified to address the challenges and opportunities that arise at the intersection of business and mental health. He strongly believes that working with a company to create a tailored mental health program is essential in promoting overall well-being and productivity in the workplace.
